Process of Enrollment
UPDATE: Enrollment will open for 2026-2027 in March
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $2000 per student for a full session of 3 days a week, September 1 - April 29 (detailed 8 month calendar for holiday breaks / days off to be posted in April). Yearly tuition for 2-day students is $1500 total, and yearly tuition for 1-day students is $1000 total. This breaks down to approximately $7/hr for a 3-day student, approximately $8/hr for a 2-day student, and approximately $10.50/hr for a 1-day student. Our goal is to keep Lark Rise Hall affordable while remaining sustainable. This does not include the cost of a uniform, or the purchase of a yearbook or class picture (whichever is decided upon) at the end of the year if desired.
If you are interested in enrolling your student ages 6-12 in Lark Rise Hall for the upcoming school year, please fill out the application form below.
Enrollment will be determined by lottery, within tiers. Highest priority will be given to those in Tier 1, 1a, then Tier 2, and so on. See table below for an explanation of tiers. Currently there are 30 full-time seats available. Also if multiple students enroll for 1 day or 2 days, the number of students who can enroll for any amount of time will increase.
Current Lark Rise students and waitlist students will have priority enrollment dates. To request waitlist status, please email us at info@larkrisehall.org. Open enrollment begins on March 15 and applications need to be submitted before the deadline of April 1st, 2026. Lotteries within tiers will be held beginning April 2, 2026 and all applicants will be notified as to whether they were accepted or waitlisted by April 3rd.
If accepted, a non-refundable deposit payment of $350 per student secures your child’s seat.* This payment is the same across the board no matter how many days your student will attend, as it enables us to have the funds to secure our meeting space for our 8 month school year.
If payment for a student is not received by April 15th, another student will be selected by lottery from the waitlist in order to fill all seats.
*For those needing receipts dated after July 1st, this deposit will be refunded in July and you will need to pay the full balance ($2000 for 3 days, $1500 for 2 days, or $1000 for 1 day) due August 1, 2026.
*Note that all potential tutors must be at least 18 years of age and will be interviewed prior to acceptance. Tutors will be compensated, unless they opt to volunteer their time and efforts. A huge thank you to our current parent volunteer tutors! The amount of compensation tutors may receive will be subject to the amount of students enrolled. See expectations of tutors on FAQs page.
